Black Excellence Is A Norm
Black Excellence is a Norm touches upon the desire to
convey to our precious Black youth that Black Excellence
and success is all around them. Black Excellence has to
be omnipresent and a constant. It is imperative to
normalize Black success in the minds of our Black youth
to counter the constant flow of negative innuendos that
are, at times present in the airwaves. There exist
perpetual struggles that warrant the need to counter the
‘myths of Black inferiority.
Black Excellence is a Norm presents positive Black images
in the form of everyday Black Professionals. These Black
Professionals represent success, pride and excellence! We have to help cultivate and bring out the genius
that is inside the minds of our youth. They will
discover themselves.
